Three components, sequenced deliberately. The roadmap opens every engagement. The platform and workshops follow from it. Together they move a company from AI awareness to AI capability, and keep it there.

The AI Transformation Roadmap

Every engagement begins here

A structured, expert-led interview with each company's CEO produces a tailored AI Transformation Roadmap: a written strategic plan that identifies where AI creates the most value for that specific business: competitive advantage, revenue acceleration, cost reduction, workforce productivity. This is the document that gives every subsequent training session its purpose. Without it, upskilling is general. With it, every workshop, every platform use case, and every employee effort connects to a business outcome the leadership team has already prioritized. The roadmap is what separates an AI program from an AI initiative that quietly winds down.

Section Coach: the always-on AI coach

Once the roadmap is in hand, the platform brings the upskilling to every employee, not through a single event, but through a continuous, role-personalized AI coach that meets each person where their job actually is. Section Coach walks employees from AI awareness through to confident daily use, building real workflow use cases as they go. Leadership gets a live adoption dashboard that shows, by team, who is building fluency and where the gaps are. The portfolio's group license covers up to 100 seats across all participating companies under one shared domain. One arrangement, every company included.

Anchor workshops, targeted by roadmap

One or two live workshops per company, co-delivered by Scott and Kushal, aimed directly at the priorities the roadmap identifies. The kickoff session activates the platform with real use cases and gives teams the practical hands-on experience that accelerates adoption. An optional momentum session, four to six weeks later, locks in progress and drives the use-case pipeline into execution. The workshops are the ignition. The coach carries the daily work for the remainder of the year.

The sequence is the strategy. Roadmap first, so training has a target. Platform second, so the capability is always available, not just on workshop days. Workshops alongside, so the learning is live, social, and connected to real work. Ownership shifts to your people by design, over twelve months.

CEO interview and AI Transformation Roadmap: Step One, always

Before any training begins, each CEO completes a structured discovery interview with Scott. Within one week, their company receives a tailored AI Transformation Roadmap: a written strategic plan identifying the highest-value AI opportunities across their business: for competitive positioning, revenue, profitability, and operational productivity. This is the document that directs everything that follows. No company enters training without it.

02 · Enablement

Section Coach goes live and the AI Council forms

Licenses activate via the shared group domain. Two to three internal AI Council members are named per entity, the people who carry adoption between sessions and hold the team accountable when we are not on site.

Kickoff workshop and optional momentum session

The kickoff workshop sets the tone, activates the platform with real use cases, and connects the room to the roadmap priorities. Companies that want a second session bring it four to six weeks later to lock in progress and drive the use-case pipeline into execution.

Use cases ship and proof builds

Employees identify and implement real workflow use cases inside their LLM. These are the de-risked, bottom-up wins that produce visible return on investment across every participating company.

Your people own it

The AI Council runs the cadence, the platform measures it, and UpShift moves to high-level oversight. The capability is now internal and self-sustaining.
